Lock Logistics LLC (“Holdout,” “we,” “us”) operates Holdout, a savings account with a withdrawal notice period. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use Holdout:

Identity and contact. Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address, and government identification used to verify who you are.

Financial and account. Bank account or debit details used to move money, balances, deposits, withdrawal requests, notice period, and related transaction history.

Device and usage. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and log data needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

Open and maintain your account; verify your identity and prevent fraud; process deposits and withdrawals; enforce your notice period; communicate with you about your account; meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and improve the reliability and security of Holdout.

3. How we share it

We share information only as needed to operate Holdout or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment and identity partners. We share information with the companies that process payments, move funds, and verify identity, only as needed to run Holdout.

Legal. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect Holdout, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If Lock Logistics LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Retention

We keep account, identity, and transaction records for as long as your account is open and for a period afterward as required by financial-recordkeeping, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules. We then delete or de-identify the information when we no longer need it.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a financial service, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to Support@locklogistics.net. We may need to keep certain records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it. You may also opt out of non-essential emails; we will still send messages about your account and withdrawals.

If you are a resident of a state with additional privacy rights (including California), you may also have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Submit requests to the email above.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and keep the site secure. We do not use them to run third-party advertising.

8. Children

Holdout is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product.
