Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Holdout, a savings product operated by Lock Logistics LLC (“Holdout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Holdout, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Lock Logistics LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company. Holdout is offered from Tennessee, USA. Questions: Support@locklogistics.net.

2. The service

Holdout is a savings account with a withdrawal notice period you set yourself. You choose how long you want between requesting your money and receiving it — a day, a week, a month, or another period we offer. You may add funds at any time. When you want money out, you request it. Funds are released only after your notice period has passed. We cannot shorten that period for you, even if you ask.

Your funds stay under your control. We do not pool your money with other customers’ money for our own use. Deposits, withdrawals, and identity checks are processed through our payment and banking partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and be located in the United States. We may ask you to verify your identity (including name, date of birth, address, and government ID) before you can use Holdout. We may decline or close an account if we cannot verify you, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe the account is being misused.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at Support@locklogistics.net if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited when our payment partners confirm them. Withdrawals are requested by you and paid out only after your chosen notice period ends. You cannot cancel a withdrawal request once it is submitted. We may delay, block, or reverse a transfer if we suspect fraud, error, or illegal activity, or if we are required to by law or our banking partners.

6. Fees

There is no fee to open an account or to save, and no minimum balance to get started. If we introduce a fee, we will post it here and notify you before it applies.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Holdout only for lawful personal savings. You may not use it for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity. We may freeze or close accounts that violate this section.

8. Closing your account

You may close your account by writing to Support@locklogistics.net. Outstanding withdrawal requests still follow the notice period you already set. We may close or suspend an account as described in these Terms. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after applicable notice and identity checks, unless we are legally required to hold it.

9. Disclaimers

Holdout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lock Logistics LLC and its officers, members, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Holdout. Our total liability for any claim relating to Holdout is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars (US$100), whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will also notify you by email or in the product. Continued use of Holdout after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
